What Makes Me Tick

For over a decade I have worked in education software. Daily I work with clients and our product team to help make our software easier and more rewarding for all users. Designing studies, implementing research processes, understanding user needs, working to determine product requirements, and advocating for users are just some of the rewarding pieces of my day-to-day.

I help build bridges that connect product teams with users. I discover what users need, what holds them back, and how I can delight them while improving the company bottom line. A user-centric approach is pure magic and builds products that are scalable, usable, and intuitive.

In my spare time I enjoy playing piano, cooking, sipping Darjeeling, playing video games, and spending time with my partner and our 2 cats, Kiki and Charlie.
