Point of Sale Photo-Mode, a Mixed Methods Approach

User Interviews with Nutrition Directors, Surveys sent to Clerks and Cashiers, and Competitive Analysis was undertaken to better understand the general perception, pain points encountered, and opportunities for enhancement associated with the POS system’s Photo-Mode serving feature.

Interactive, in-person Innovation Games were used to understand users' thoughts around existing and proposed features across company portfolios. These guided users to provide feedback through group brainstorming sessions, feature buying opportunities, and voicing concerns about what holds them back.

Usability Study, Forms & Workflows

Usability testing was performed with users on the primary tasks in LINQ Forms & Workflows. We sought to uncover possible new features, understand the overall pervasiveness of issues, and overall need for enhancements.

Marriott Hotels Usability Study

User research was completed to help identify areas where the Marriott Hotels website fails to meet user’s needs, exceeds expectations, and where it can be enhanced. This helped us understand how and why the Marriott website is used and how we can improve the experience for all users.
